Teeth Whitening

Teeth whitening is a process in which a hydrogen peroxide solution is used to create a whiter smile.  We have take home treatments or in-office solutions.  Whitening teeth does not damage teeth, however be aware that it can cause tooth sensitivity.  We suggest using a sensitive toothpaste with potassium nitrate, such as Sensodyne, two weeks before starting treatment to reduce or eliminate the chance of sensitivity after whitening.
